My best friend is 5 months pregnant, and the other day she asked me to send her a list of my 'must-buys' for a newborn. Without thinking twice the top of the list was a Snuzpod 3. This bedside crib not only looks great, but is super duper practical.

Tayo Nova King
So nearly a week over our 42 day limit we finally registered Baby O. The westminster council weren't very happy (sorry not sorry) but nether the less its not something we wanted to rush and we genuinely couldn't decide on a name. We had a few names in mind before he was born but when he arrived he just didn't suit them. So we had to start from scratch.
Anyway, at over a month and a half old, Baby O finally turned into Tayo Nova King. We love it, it suits him and we couldn't be happier.
Ergobaby Omni 360
What a lifesaver...
My mum looks after children for a living and literally drilled me about getting this carrier for weeks and weeks before Tayo was born. At the time (no offence mum) it was slightly annoying but now I feel like I owe her BIG TIME. There is just no way I would survive city life without it. Its just not possible lol. I live in a 3rd floor apartment with no lift, so theres no such thing as nipping out with a buggy. Its a whole process which involves multiple trips up and down the stairs and 1) I can't be bothered, 2) I'm too tired and 3) its been a freaking heatwave and its too hot. So this is when the Ergobaby has stepped in to save the day lol.

My Breastfeeding Journey
WOW so I was completely naive to the challenges of breastfeeding. My sister told me it was tough, and it’s not that I didn’t believe her, it’s just I really didn’t realise how tough it could be.

Muslins for Days
If there's one thing that EVERY mother told me to have plenty of its Muslin Clothes. They were not lying. They are literally useful for everything, when I say everything, I mean everything. I've made a list ...

My Birth Story
23.06.18
I woke up at 6.30AM with contractions. Nearing the end of my pregnancy I kept asking friends and family (who had given birth) how they knew they were in labor. They all had the same response. You just know. At the time I was thinking surely not, surely theres a sign I can look out for, but they were right. I just knew.

My feelings as motherhood approaches ...
So I've been growing a baby for the last 9 months of my life, and its no secret that I've enjoyed pregnancy, in fact, I'm really going to miss it, especially my bump and feeling all the kicks. However, what I haven't really spoken about is my feelings about motherhood, and since my due date is 3 days away I figured this was the best time to blog about it.
