26 & 27 Weeks

So I forgot to write an update at 26 weeks, ops sorry, so I'm combining the last two weeks into one post. I'm still feeling amazing, I literally can't stress enough how a positive outlook on pregnancy has helped me. Learning to love every stretch and pain and trusting that my body is doing exactly what it needs to be to grow this baby. My hormones have seemed to level out over the past two weeks as well, so thats a relief for me (and my husband lol).



Preparing for baby update : Our gorgeous Claire du Lune moses basket from Precious Little One arrived last week. Its so CUTE!! We are going to use it for any naps downstairs for the first few months to save carrying the top of our Snuzpod downstairs. We also got a rocking stand for it so we can use it to settle baby (well thats the plan).

Bump Update : Growing... still no stretch marks, so keep your fingers crossed for me! Kicks are getting stronger as the weeks go on, its still so crazy to me that theres a baby in there !!

Momma Update : Belive it or not I've put on a whole stone !! I got weighed today at my midwife appointment, and I wasn't shocked. I can literally feel the extra weight day to day, especially walking up stairs on the tube or at my apartment. I'm still maintaining some kind of exercise routine, what I mean when I say that, is I'm still walking everywhere. Lots and lots of walking. On average I walk about 5km a day according to my health app. I honestly haven't really been doing any other exercise, I had this grand idea of doing pregnancy yoga throughout my pregnancy, but that hasn't really happened. I might try to enforce this from next week onwards lol, as I did enjoy it, it just made me REALLY tired.

Me and my husband go on our babymoon next week, I literally can not wait, I will post a blog all about it when we are home.
